Breaking Old Patterns: Leading and Loving with Conscious Intent

What an extraordinary weekend for our Creative Self Mastery team!

Our time at the beautiful Warren House Hotel just outside of London was nothing short of transformative. We gathered to create a memorable event that opened our hearts and minds, diving deep into conversations about intimacy, love, and self-awareness. It marked a new chapter for us since opening Creative Self Mastery in London, and it felt like the beginning of something truly powerful.

This experience revealed so much about my own attachment style. I uncovered patterns in my relationships that I hadn’t fully recognized before—ways in which I had unconsciously framed my interactions with partners. Over time, I realized that I had been scripting relationships to end in ways that left me feeling humiliated or diminished. This awareness has been both eye-opening and empowering. I now stand firm in the knowing that I will no longer create space for those outcomes. Instead, I choose love, confidence, and a healthy, conscious connection in my relationships moving forward.

At Creative Self Mastery, we are more than just a team of coaches—we are dedicated explorers of self-mastery and leadership. I’m deeply grateful for the insights shared by our founder and coach, Marc Cooper-DiFrancia, who illuminated the powerful link between sexual self-mastery and strong, conscious leadership.

This profound understanding will shape not only how I approach my next relationship but also how I continue to show up in all aspects of my life—with integrity, strength, and openness. I invite you to explore Marc’s insights whenever you have a moment, as they have been a guiding light for me.

Here’s to leading from the heart and stepping into relationships with clarity and purpose.
